A women’s bible study is set to begin on Sunday February 21, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. in the guest house at 306 SW 3rd in Lindsay. “Anointed, Transformed, Redeemed, A Study of David” is a six week study. Video sessions featuring Priscilla Shirer, Beth Moore, and Kay Arthur were taped at the 2007 Deeper Still Event. The study is open to women of all age groups and denominations. A workbook will be available for each individual at a cost of $15.00. Please pre-register for the study by contacting Miriam Boydston at 756-3048. Deadline for registration is February 1st. Please bring your favorite movie snack food to enjoy during the movie------chips, cookies, brownies, m& m’s, whatever that’s easy to eat while watching the movie. We Can Help Each Other The Nurture Committee met last week and suddenly – POP! Out came a great idea. Many folks are getting short on cash. Others are hanging in there, but need some chores done that they cannot do themselves. Many that need something don’t want to hire strangers. How can we match these two groups? If both groups will call the church office, we will try to connect the people. If you need something done, let us know what that is. If you have skills to share, what are they? After you are connected, each individual worker and employer can work out their own compensation agreement. Just call the church office at 756-2382.
